Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, or that it does not infringe upon the copyright of another party, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. In appropriate circumstances, we will also terminate a user's account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.

Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
  • Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
  • Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notification

False Claims
